Jay Fisher, CEO, Business Development Manager

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree: Economics and Business Administration, Eastern Illinois University, Charleston Illinois
Member: Natl. Assoc. of Business Economists, Principa Alliance (association of business consultants), Human Resources Association of East Central Illinois
Experience: After earning his bachelors degree in Economics and Business Administration, Mr. Fisher began his professional career as a Corporate Financial Analyst for a regional banking conglomerate operating in 9 midwestern states. His responsibilities centered upon analyzing corporate financial statements and identifying areas of financial risk. Next, Mr. Fisher joined a Fortune 100, international company as a corporate accounts manager. In 2001, Mr. Fisher started Financial Logic as a part time venture designed to offer corporate risk and financial analysis services to companies in the Midwest. No longer a part time entity, Financial Logic has grown to manage customer accounts totalling over $5,000,000 per year in insurance premiums! Jay resides in Charleston Illinois with his wife Angie and three children--Madison, Megan and Austin.

Chris Hall, Business Development Representative

Qualifications: Board of Governers Degree: Eastern Illinois University, Charleston Illinois
Experience: After a successfully competing in the minor league professional baseball system, and serving in the coaching capacity at the collegiate level, Chris joined a manufacturing company as a production level manager and also worked in sales with a financial services firm. In 2003 Chris joined Financial Logic as a Business Development Representative. Chris resides in Mattoon with his wife Lindsay and one child.


Brad Weishaar, Business Development Representative

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree: Finance, Millikin University, Decatur Illinois
Experience: Brad excelled at golf during college and competed professionally on a tour in Florida. For 18 years, Brad was a PGA Club Professional! (We never bet against Brad on the golf course.) Brad has also served in managerial and sales roles for several golf facilities. Brad resides in Effingham with his wife Kim and three children.
